Darlene Turner Ascension Doula
On this journey back to Self remembering, I have come to the realization of the truth that I had never left it, I have always been the accomplished Self, Divinity in human form, here to assist all in their journey back to Self.
Under the umbrella of the term ascension doula the gifts I am given to share to assist the body, our vessel, to harmonize with the Divine Energies flowing through, elevating the body to the original form it was always meant to be, a highly advanced sensory system, as an ally and vehicle for the HUman experience.
I will be offering Mindfull Movement, a deep dive into body awareness and the power of the conscious Self. Through micro slow movements and full present awareness you can locate the blocks and/or glitches in the brain/body communication. With awareness and breath a reset happens, restoring the proper use of core muscles to create natural movement.
Michael Turner Tai Chi Master Qi Gong Practitioner
I have been a martial artist since I was 17. I had originally begun this journey out of self preservation, as confrontation was a trigger of fear to me from my childhood, it became a major stumbling block moving into adulthood. After 10 years in Taekwondo, Kung Fu and Karate I met my first master in Tai Chi, Frank Boshard. Through my training with Frank I not only discovered my ability to defend myself and the self confidence to move through confrontation without fear, I also discovered my Self, my higher BEing and the path of my life became what it was always meant to be; a guide, a wayshower, an older brother and a competent man.
I will be sharing Rainbow Sun QiGong from Ellie Drew and the Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi form shared with me for Frank Boshard. I will also be available to do Light on your Path sessions; an iChing reading followed by a Bars Session.
